1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Honey Doo Building Services, a company providing professional building maintenance, janitorial services, cleaning, and repair services in the State of New York. By requesting, scheduling, or using our services, clients agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.

 

 

2. Services Provided

Honey Doo Building Services provides professional services including but not limited to:

 

• Building maintenance

• Janitorial and cleaning services

• Deep cleaning services

• Minor repairs and maintenance work

• Property inspections

• Facility support services

 

 

These services are provided to condominiums, cooperative buildings (co-ops), rental properties, and commercial office buildings throughout New York.

 

 

3. Estimates and Service Agreements

All service requests may be subject to a written estimate or service agreement outlining the scope of work, pricing, schedule, and any specific requirements related to the project.

 

Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to adjustment if additional work or conditions are identified during the service.

 

 

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

 

• Providing safe and reasonable access to the property or areas where services will be performed.

• Informing Honey Doo Building Services of any known hazards, restrictions, or building policies.

• Ensuring that utilities such as water and electricity are available when required for service.

 

 

Honey Doo Building Services reserves the right to refuse or reschedule services if working conditions are deemed unsafe.

 

 

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the estimate, invoice, or service agreement provided to the client.

 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

 

• Payment is due upon completion of services or according to the agreed billing schedule.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted under applicable New York laws.

 

 

Honey Doo Building Services reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment or overdue balances.

 

 

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

Clients must provide reasonable notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of services.

 

Honey Doo Building Services reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, building access restrictions, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Honey Doo Building Services will perform services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, to the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of New York:

 

• The company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the services provided.

8. Property Conditions

​

Honey Doo Building Services is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing structural issues, hidden defects, building infrastructure problems, or conditions beyond the company’s control.

 

 

9. Changes to Terms

Honey Doo Building Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication.

 

 

10. Governing Law
